BSNL offers: The state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigan Limited (BSNL) is
prepping aggressively in order to beat the competition coming from the
private players like Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular and
Vodafone.
BSNL has been introducing various recharge packs in order to
lure customers for staying afloat in the telecom market which has been
hampered by the Mukesh Ambani led company with its heavy data, cashback
offers and unlimited calls. State-owned telecom services providers have
more of traditional format of working, and with the new launches not to
forget alliance with Baba Ramdev's Patanjali has reflected that BSNL is
thinking out of the box. BSNL has now introduced two broadband plans to
compete with the ultra-cheap offerings by private players.
The Fibro Combo ULD 777 plan of BSNL offers a data FUP of
500GB at a speed of 50Mbps for a period of 30 days at just Rs 777. There
is another plan of the state-run telecom operator which is called as
Fibro Combo ULD 1277 offering massive 750GB and at speed of up to
100Mbps. With this plan, BSNL is expected to do better in
the competitive market where each player is competing for a pie of the
market. For that telecom service providers are coming up with cheapest
plans. These two plans of the state-owned company is likely to beat
the competition.
BSNL was struggling for survival for quite sometimes. The state-run
company seems to be making a lot of efforts to get its market pie back
of late. With these BSNL plans, there will also unlimited voice calling
benefits. These plans are available only for new FTTH users. For 1, 2,
and 3-year plans, Fibro Combo ULD 1277 comes with tariff options of Rs.
14,047, Rs. 26,817, and Rs. 38,310. For 1, 2, and 3-year plans, Fibro
Combo ULD 1277 comes with tariff plans of Rs. 14,047, Rs. 26,817, and
Rs. 38,310.
Airtel offers 40Mbps data speed and FUP limit of 150GB at Rs. 899
monthly plan. Of late, the state-run telecom service provider was in the
works to modernise its networks. Jio is also reportedly going to launch
FTTH service in the country.
