Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, the state-owned telco
has launched its latest Internet Telephony service in Puducherry with
the name of “Wings”. After working on the guidelines provided by the
telecom regulator, the government-led telco has finally kicked off its
VOIP service which will allow users in the backwards areas of the
country to stay connected with the help of an internet connection to
