BSNL revises ADSL Broadband, FTTH add-on packs, offers up to 40GB extra data

Government-owned telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised add-on packs for ADSL Broadband and FTTH packs. It is now giving up to 40GB extra data for the same price. The add-on plans range between Rs 50 and Rs 250. These add-on packs help users maintain the speed once the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is reached. The plan was first reported by Telecom Talk.

Ramesh takes charge as BSNL's new enterprise head

NEW DELHI: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) appointed V Ramesh as a new director for enterprise business at the state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).

"The competent authority is pleased to appoint V. Ramesh, chief general manager (CGM), to the post of Director (Enterprise), BSNL," the department in a notification said.
