Activate voice mail in bsnl prepaid/postpaid mobile
Voice Mail Service ensures that the customers never miss their calls even when their phone is busy,switched off,out of coverage, or the customer is simply too busy to take the call.In such cases,CellOne VMS greets the caller
and records a message from the caller,which the customer can retrieve later at his convenience
from anywhere in the world. This activation method can be useful in all over india like kerala, panjab thamil nadu,bangalore,ap,rajasthan,west bangal etc
Activate BSNL CellOne Voice Mail system/bsnl voice mailbox number
>Send sms ACT VMS to 53733
> wait for activation confirmation message.
> After activation you have to dial 17000 to configure your voice mail box (Greeting, Password etc).
> After setting up your Voicemail box. You have to go to call divert and Set-If Busy divert to +9117000,
> If not answered divert to +9117000
> If out of reach divert to +9117000 etc.
Charges for voice mail service
>>BSNL Voice mail system is Free to use but will be charged normal call charges to retrieve voice messages
>>BSNL Voice mail number 17000
Still it is not activated
>>send an enquiry mail about this to cmdbsnl@bsnl.co.in along with necessary details, postal address and contact number. Or call to customer care.
