PAN India 3G Telecom Operator, PSU Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL)
announced a small reduction in Free Usage & Validity of existing
2G/3G Data Plans tariff under BSNL 2G/3G GSM Mobile Services.
In view of rationalization, BSNL reduces the bundled free usage for Data
Plans STV-17 & 39 without any change in validity, but the data
plans of STV-78, 98, 139, 155 has been changed with new reduced validity
of 14/19/20/28 days as follows.

BSNL continues Free Data Roaming across all BSNL coverage area across
India, and also BSNL confirms that, the extra data usage charges beyond
Free Bundled Usage will be a just 2paise/10KB and Rs.0.25/MB for APN

This new revised tariff of reduced validity & free usage under 2G/3G Prepaid Mobile Data Plans has been implemented from 29th September 2014, which shall be applicable for all new/existing mobile data customers of all BSNL circles across India. Even after this new revision also, BSNL continues, to offer the cheapest Mobile Data Plans in present Indian Mobile Market.
