Indian Telecom gaint, PSU BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) announced a special offer of Free Duplicate SIM under GSM Mobile Services for recent flood affected people in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) area.
BSNL mobile customers of Jammu & Kashmir(J&K) area, who had lost
their mobile phones in, recent floods or whose SIMs had damaged, may
get duplicate SIM free of cost. As we all know that, recently BSNL teams
have worked tirelessly day & night to restore mobile network, to
become mobile network operational in Jammu & Kashmir Floods area.
Top most director BSNL Board, Shri Anupam Shrivastava, expressed that "BSNL had already provided free calling facility for 10 days to the people of J&K in flood affected areas and also newly introduced FREE Duplicate SIM offer has been given to BSNL esteemed customers as a good will gesture on humanitarian grounds for mobile customers who had lost their mobile phones in, recent floods or whose SIMs had damaged at this time."
