Currently, none of the privately-owned telcos including the top three – Airtel, Vi, and Jio are offering truly unlimited prepaid recharge vouchers to their users. However, they have an advantage over the PSU in terms of advanced 4G networks, while BSNL is still in the process of transitioning from 3G to 4G. Let’s take a look at all details of the Rs 398 BSNL prepaid pack.
The latest BSNL prepaid pack comes in the denomination of Rs 398 and offers a validity of 30 days. During these 30 days, the users will be able to make unlimited calls within the country and enjoy unlimited downloads as well as uploads without worrying about FUP. In addition to these benefits, users will also get 100 SMS per day without any additional cost.
According to the report from KeralaTelecom, the unlimited voice calling and SMS benefit will also be applicable in roaming and MTNL network areas including Delhi and Mumbai. The new truly unlimited BSNL prepaid plan will be available in all telecom circles where the telco operates.
However, outgoing calls or SMS to premium numbers, international numbers, and other chargeable shortcodes are not free. These calls and SMS will attract standard charges from the telco.
