How To Activate / Deactivate Caller Tune In Bsnl (online/sms)

Activation /deactivation of bsnl caller tune can be done by 4 ways, by dialing customer care(IVR),by sms  ,online or by copy any Called Party .Here it is describing in step wise


Activation of bsnl caller tune 

1. By dialing IVR(Interactive voice response)

                > Dial 56700 and follow the IVR prompt.
                >Select the desired language and song.
                >The selected song will be set as Caller tune
                >IVR access charge Rs. 2/- per minute

      2. Activation via SMS
                >Send SMS BT<SPACE>Song Code to56700
               >you will get the song code from  http://bsnl.onmobile.com:9000/bsnltunes/
              >SMS charge @ Rs.2/-

      3.Activation via Online
             >Go to http://bsnl.onmobile.com:9000/bsnltunes/
             >Register your mobile number give the details and select your song

       4.copy any Called Party caller tune
             >Press * and 9 to copy any Called Party song as your Caller Tune

Deactivation of bsnl caller tune 

1. By dialing IVR(Interactive voice response)

                   >Dial 56702(Toll free)and follow the IVR instructions to deactivate
       2. Deactivation via SMS

                   >SMS BT<SPACE>DACT to 56700  SMS charge @ Rs.2/-
      3.Deactivation via online
                  >Go to http://bsnl.onmobile.com:9000/bsnltunes/
                  >Register using your mobile number
                  >Login and go to My profile you can see a Deactivation link
