BSNL is offering 3GB daily data for 40 days with its Rs. 250 prepaid plan: Report

 State-owned telecom operator, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is reportedly offering a validity of 40 days with its Rs. 250 prepaid plan for a limited period. The plan usually comes with 30 days of validity, but as a part of a promotional offer, subscribers would get extended days of the validity period. 

BSNL's Rs. 250 plan comes with 250 minutes of local and national calling benefits per day, and 3GB of high-speed internet per day with speed reduced to 80 Kbps once the daily quota is exhausted. The pack additionally provides 100 SMS benefits per day.

According to a report by Telecom Talk, the STV 247 is currently shipping with 40 days validity instead of the usual 30 days. This offer will last until November 30, 2020.

Other telecom operators like Reliance Jio also offers a SIMILAR prepaid plan with 3GB data per day, unlimited Jio-Jio calling and 100 SMS per day, but it comes with a validity of 28 days.

BSNL is, separately, ready to launch its services in the national capital Delhi and Mumbai starting January 1, 2020. The company may begin offering its wireless (4G) and fixed-line services in both the metros next year.
