All labour unions in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, except the BMS, will
participate in the formation of human chains in front of BSNL offices
countrywide on November 23 in protest against the decision of the Union
Cabinet to hive off BSNL’s cellular towers to form a tower corporation.
A pressnote here on Tuesday said the formation of the human chain was preparatory to a strike called by the unions on December 12 and 13.
