Thanks being a BSNL Customer. In general why we opt for BSNL connection,
on the first hand Network penetration, Clear Billing and also having
plans satisfying all sections of people. This was again reinforced by
BSNL as BSNL corporate asks all telecom circles to visit their billing of those, subscribers of “Free Night Limited Broadband Plans”, who received excess billing.
Can you imagine, that one fine day, BSNL Broadband bill spikes up for some due to high usage, this happened with BSNL subscribers who were in the Free Night Broadband Plan. BSNL being a state owned company and for National Growth, wants to relook all the subscriber bills, who have complained regarding excessive billing. All these excess bills are with respect to the customers of "Free Night Usage Broadband Plans" only, and this happened after the revision of Free Night Plans to Concessional Night Tariff Plans from 1st July 2014.
BSNL has received many complaints in this regard about the revision of plans. Considering this communication gap about revision of tariff, BSNL management decided that, in future there will not be any change in their plans without prior intimation to the respective subscriber.
BSNL wants to settle all the bills of those Free Night Usage Broadband Plan customers. If you have received excess usage broadband bill, and if you were previously in the Free Night Usage Broadband Plan, for that you have to submit your complaint to concerned BSNL Broadband Section/Office.
The details like your Free Night Broadband plan, whether you have received any official communication or not (even IVRS also), and to which plan you want to migrate. With these details put the complaint and settle all the billing issues with most trusted brand and enjoy the BSNL Broadband Services, by being a subscriber of our own BSNL.
