Government telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched its Wings app for internet calls in June 2020. The app allows users of the Wings app to make calls over the internet to any network, even in the absence of a SIM card. All the users need is a good internet connection, including public WiFI. This feature is called Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). It’s not Vo-WiFi but it works a lot like that. The VoIP service works on Windows, Android, IOS platforms and can register on any device at the customer’s choice.

BSNL explains how Android or iOS apps like WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, Hangouts, Google Duo, Facebook Messenger forces users to sign in with the same apps. However, Wings Internet telephony services allow users to make calls to a number from any network.

The service can be applied anywhere in the world and thanks to its international roaming facility, Wings customers can receive calls anywhere in the world free of charge. However, BSNL Wings’ outgoing calls from any country to India cost Rs 1.2 per minute, according to Telecom Talk.

“Now no network SIM card is required for voice or video calls. Just use Wings free VOIP phone service and make unlimited free voice calls to any network or video call from anywhere in the world as well as roaming services not required in India or overseas », Noted BSNL on its site Web.

BSNL on his site Web also noted that there is a “50 percent special discount offer” for serving government employees as well as other discounts for students and existing BSNL landline or broadband users and that BSNL Wings facilitates Internet telephony services through Laptop using the internet connection of any network, and also this new free VoIP phone service is ready to integrate with WhatsApp.

BSNL Rs 1099 fender plan: This plan offers free calls for 1800 minutes of online and off-grid usage per month in India except some special services and IN calls. Once the limit is reached all calls to India will be billed at 30 paise per minute and international calls from other countries to India will be billed at Rs 1.5 paise per minute. Users can register online for the Wings app. They can register at https://sancharaadhaar.bsnl.co.in/Wings/Login.do with their cell phone number and identifying information like name, date of birth and address details according to the Aadhaar number.

BSNL on his site Web noted that Wings, the app-based internet calling, offers up to 75% off for some existing customers.
