means BSNL is trying to make itself competitive among the global
competitors by wooing younger generations in to its flavour. BSNL has
released new Job Notification via Open Recruitment for 962 JAO (Junior
Accounts Officer) posts across all 25 BSNL circles across India.
BSNL JAO (Junior Accounts Officer) is a circle based cadre, and Main
requirement for us is Scale of pay, it will available in IDA pay scale
basic of Rs 16400 to 40500 with a pay hike of 3% every year on basic
which will also aid to increase HRA, Perks, Medical Benefits as per
company rules. So as per new recruitment a starting JAO will draw a monthly salary of above Rs.34500/-.
This BSNL JAO Notification is very clear about category wise vacancies and also includes backlog vacancies for PWD (Persons With Disabilities). Details of the percentages among the total vacancies for PWD are clearly mentioned in the BSNL JAO notification, some of the details are as given below
All Reservations as per Central Government guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
