BSNL Board meeting: It is understood that the Board meeting held on 05.5.2016 approved 30% superannuation benefits to BSNL direct rects with initial contribution of 3% from BSNL. Now it has to be approved by DOT, the administrative ministry.
We will continue our struggle to increase the contribution to 6% as assured to SNEA. Amendment to SDE RR clarifying the method of seniority fixation in the ratio 2:1, E1+5 increment to the remaining batches of JTO/JAO etc and some more HR issues also discussed and will be treated as approved after some more clarification.
