Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will be introducing a new range of postpaid plans for its customers. The state-owned operator will launch new plans on December 1st. With this, the company is all set to give a stiff competition to the likes of Reliance Jio, Airtel, and Vi. The new BSNL postpaid plans start at Rs 199 and go up to Rs 999. Furthermore, the company will be also removing some postpaid plans from next month. Apart from this, the new postpaid plans will also bring interesting features like data rollover and family add-ons to match its rivals. Here’s what you need to know about the latest BSNL postpaid plans.
BSNL introduced Rs 199, Rs 798, and Rs 999 postpaid plans
BSNL has introduced a new set of postpaid plans including Rs 199, Rs 798, and Rs 999. The new postpaid plans will be effective across all the circles, reports TelecomTalk. To start with the base plan of Rs 199, it will surely attract a lot of customers as it is one of the cheapest postpaid plans available in the market. The plan offers 25GB of data per month. Interestingly, the pack comes with data rollover facility, meaning that users can carry forward up to 75GB of data next month. The plan also offers unlimited on-net voice calling along with 300 minutes of off-not calling. The pack also comes with 100 SMSes per day.
Moving on to the Rs 798 postpaid plan, it offers 50GB of data per month. Just like the Rs 199 plan, you get data rollover facility with up to 150GB. The pack also offers 100 SMSes per day. Interestingly, the postpaid plan also comes with two family add-on connections. However, it is important to note that the add-on connection will get the same benefits as it is available for the primary connection.
Lastly comes the Rs 999 postpaid plan. The pack offers 75GB of data per month along with data rollover facility of up to 225GB of data. The pack offers unlimited voice calls on local and STD networks along with 100 SMSes per day. Furthermore, the pack comes with three family add-on connections. However, it is also important to note that voice calls on the aforementioned plans will be capped to 250 minutes per day.
BSNL has also revealed that it will remove some of its postpaid plans on December 1. The company will remove Rs 99, Rs 225, Rs 325, Rs 799 and Rs 1125 once the new plans become effective next month. Furthermore, the company has also revised Rs 525 postpaid plan with one family add-on connection.
