Currently, the upgraded plans are available in the Chennai circle only, Telecom Talk reports. However, since the original plans are available across the country, it’s likely that BSNL will roll out the changes in other circles soon. Here are the details of the changes BSNL has made to the existing broadband plans:
Reliance JioGigaFiber effect: BSNL revises Rs 699 broadband plan to offer fives times more data
BBG Combo ULD 1199: Among the most-popular offerings in the operator’s line-up, this plan now offers 20Mbps speed and 1.1TB of FUP data allowance. Once that limit is crossed, the speed is reduced to 2Mbps. This plan also comes bundled with unlimited voice calls to any network in the country.
BBG Combo ULD 1025: This plan now comes with 20Mbps speed and offers 900GB of FUP data allowance, after which the speed is capped to 2Mbps. Unlimited voice calls to other networks within India are included in the mix as well.
BBG Combo ULD 1091: Offering 20Mbps speed, this pack comes with 1TB of FUP data allowance, this plan, like others, includes unlimited voice calls to all networks within the country. Once the FUP limit is crossed, speed is reduced to 2Mbps.

Other than the above, BSNL also has a BBG Combo ULD 1199 family plan. It offers 10Mbps speed and 30GB of data allowance, but comes with three mobile connections with 1GB of daily data allowance and unlimited voice calling.
