It is learnt that Hon’ble
High Court Delhi today dismissed the
Review Petition filed by DoT against the
High Court Judgment for Repatriation of
the ITS officer from BSNL/MTNL.
The contempt case against the arbitrary deployment of ITS officers in BSNL/MTNL by AIBSNLEA, BSNLEU, SNEA (I),Gr “A” officers aborbed in BSNL/MTNL, ITSA and absorbed ITS officers in the Hon’ble High Court Delhi will be heard tomorrow i.e. on 4th March 2015.
