VOIP based calls can be made using an app and by availing a broadband connection or Wi-Fi or 3G or 4G services of any operator. Users can also use the Internet Leased Lines to make calls. Users can register themselves using a 10 digit mobile number for activating the call services, but at the same time, no SIM card is required to use the protocol.
There are no handsets or instruments provided by the telecom operator and the only additional charges that a user can incur is an Rs. 2,000 deposit for ISD calls.
