A new offer has been declared by the state-run telecom operator BSNL for its postpaid subscribers, entitled as “Loot Lo” offer. The company, through this new offer, is giving a discount of up to 60% and 500% more data on the company’s postpaid plans.
The offer of a discount of up to 60% will be applicable to the company’s 7 postpaid plans, which includes Rs 1525, Rs 1125, Rs 799, Rs 725, Rs 525, Rs 325, and Rs 225. And can be availed by the customers.
In addition to this, 50% more data will also be offered by the state-run operator with all its postpaid plans and is applicable for every postpaid plan having preset monthly prices. Now, the Rs 149 and Rs 99 plans of BSNL will be offering free 500 MB data, whereas the plans with recharges of Rs 1125, Rs 799, Rs 725, Rs 525, Rs 325, and Rs 225 will now be offering 90 GB, 60 GB, 30 GB, 15 GB, 7 GB, and 3 GB, respectively. The recharge of Rs 1525 provides unlimited data with no speed restrictions.

Earlier this month, the competition was made tougher by Reliance Jio for the market by upgrading its postpaid plans. The firm is providing huge data of 1 GB every data on a recharge of Rs 309, taking on BSNL’s Rs 325 plan, while subscribers with more data demands are offered with the most costly Jio plan of worth Rs 999, which offers monthly data of 60 GB.
Recently, BSNL and Micromax had joined forces to present the Bharat 1, a low-priced 4G device, to compete the JioPhone. It costs Rs 2200 and the state-run operator is availing a new Rs 97 scheme with the handset, which gives its users free roaming, unlimited voice calls, and unlimited data & SMS.
Apart from BSNL and Micromax, Airtel has also introduced its low-priced 4G smartphone, Karbonn A40 Indian. It will be available at an effective value of Rs 1399. Later on, even Airtel joined forces with Celkon and declared another low-price 4G mobile phone, the Celkon Smart 4G, which is obtainable at an effective value of Rs 1349.
