IMPHAL: Federation of All Tribal Youth Clubs, Manipur (FATYCM) has said on Sunday that the most affordable Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) service in Manipur is quite dismal.
FATYCM has urged the general manager of BSNL to ensure effective service in the state, a press release said. It said there are reports on BSNL employees’ malpractice despite being the most affordable telephone service in the state.
It alleged that thousands of BSNL
subscribers in the state have been deprived of the service because of
frequent dereliction of duty by the staff.
The press release further urged the general manager to rectify the malfunction and malpractice in the interest of the public in general and BSNL subscribers in particular. (NNN)
