From my bsnl prepaid no. 8765186259. 29 rs. Deduct for the
service activation on 27 nov Which is not activate by me. Nd am done a complain
on customer care of bsnl and there complaint no(docket no) is 2k27769036. Is
done on 27 nov. But they not resolved it.
I track my complain frequntly but
they not solved out it.. nd they say ur service is activated by you. And they
closed my complain and say you not get your money back. Now what can i do for
getting my money back.
