BSNL Friday announced release of the new
MyBSNL Mobile Application powered by the Infomo Mobile Marketing
Ecosystem. This application cements the partnership between Bharat
Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Call2Action Communication India Pvt.
Ltd.
BSNL will make this new application available to BSNL customer and
non-BSNL customers to download from the Google Playstore. Infomo is an
innovative rewards-based mobile advertising and promotions platform
designed specifically for mobile network operators. Customer can earn
attractive rewards after registering for the service. The service
delivers rich interactive advertising and promotion content to mobile
phones during routine everyday interactions such as calls, SMS, alerts,
notifications, beacons, and other location-based interactions. The
service also provides IP based calling and Messaging services using the
single interface.
Speaking of this release, Mr Anupam Shrivastava,
the Chairman & Managing Director of BSNL said, “This is a new
business model which will transform the mobile advertising industry.
Infomo will help us break into the mobile advertising market segment
with a totally different offering to the existing ecosystem.We are
starting with a database of over 5 million existing MyBSNL users on
Android devices. Infomo will encourage all our customers to download and
