BSNL Offers Free Caller Tune With Unlimited Song Change Option With Rs.260 Talktime Top-up Recharge

State-run BSNL telco has been moving fast with its STV offerings lately. The telecom operator has recently launched a prepaid recharge plan worth Rs. 75 that offers unlimited calling benefits, 10GB data, and other incentives. And now, it has rolled out a talk time top-up recharge plan that offers free caller tunes. Let’s get into the details of the new plan from the telco.

BSNL Rs. 260 Top-Up Recharge Plan: Details

Under the BSNL Rs. 260 Top-Up recharge Plan, you will get free caller tune service with unlimited song change options. The plan carries a validity of 30 days. Additionally, the plan offers a full talk time of Rs. 260. The plan is valid across all the operating circles of the telecom operator. The offer is available from August 1.

BSNL Rs. 75 Prepaid Recharge Plan with Validity Extension Option

BSNL launched this plan a couple of days back. The BSNL Rs. 75 prepaid recharge plan offers unlimited calling benefits with no FUP restrictions to take on Reliance Jio and Airtel. But, the free calling incentive is not applicable to the users in Mumbai and Delhi circles. Besides the unlimited calling benefits, the plan also offers 10GB of 3G data with no daily limitation and 500 free SMSes to be used throughout the validity period.

Interestingly, this plan comes with a catch. The initial validity of the plan is 15 days but there is a ‘validity extension’ option where users can recharge with select STV plans and extend the plan validity by up to 6 months. Note that the validity extension option is only valid if you go for eligible recharge options. If a user subscribes to any recharge plan ranging from Rs. 98 and Rs. 199, the validity will be extended by 90 days. As for the prepaid recharge plans above Rs. 200, the validity of the plan will be extended by 180 days. The prepaid recharge plans that can get the users a 90 days additional validation period include Rs 98, Rs 99, Rs 118, Rs 139, Rs 187 and Rs 198 STV plans. And, in order to push their plan validation limit by 180 days, users will have to recharge with the STVs priced at Rs 319, Rs 333, Rs 339, Rs 349, Rs 395, Rs 444, Rs 447 or Rs 551. However, the BSNL Rs. 75 prepaid recharge plan with a validity extension option is available in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Circle.

BSNL Rs. 171 STV Prepaid Recharge Plan Offers 60GB Data

The BSNL Rs. 171 STV prepaid recharge plan is also a recent offering from the telecom operator. Under this plan, BSNL is offering 2Gb data for 30 days that translating to a 60GB data. Besides this, the prepaid recharge plan also offers unlimited voice calling benefits with no FUP limits whatsoever. Notably, the voice calling benefits are also applicable to the Delhi and Mumbai circles, which is something that doesn’t happen often. Furthermore, you can call on any number across the country with no extra charges. The prepaid recharge plan also packs 100 SMSes per day for the entire validity period. In total, you have 60GB data to consume in 30 days, unlimited voice calling benefits with no FUP limits, 100 SMSes per day for 30 days for a price ticket of Rs. 171.

There are plans from other telecom operators that offer similar benefits but BSNL has managed to take on them all with this one offering. In comparison, Reliance Jio has a plan which is offering 2GB data per day, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day under a plan priced at Rs. 198. Also, the plan carries a validity of 28 days. Private telco Bharti Airtel also launched a prepaid plan worth Rs. 199 that comes with similar benefits. Under the Airtel Rs. 198 plan, the users will get unlimited voice calling benefits without any FUP restrictions and 100 SMS per day for a period of 28 days. The plan also offers a data of 1.4GB data per day with 2G/3G/4G speeds. This plan also carries a validity of 28 days.
