This is the season of cashbacks. After Airtel and Jio that recently
announced cashback offers for their customers, now BSNL has joined the
bandwagon to offer 25 per cent cashback to customers. The company in
December had launched the 25 per cent cashback offer with December 31
being the last date to avail the plan. But that didn't happen and the
plan can now be availed till March 31.
"Cashback offer extended. Get flat 25 per cent off on #BSNL annual subscription," BSNL announced on its Twitter page. As part of the offer, BSNL broadband customers can get up to 25 per cent cashback on subscription to the company's annual broadband plans. All the existing landline, broadband and Bharat Fibre customers are eligible for the scheme.
BSNL
says that the cashback is available in all its circles except Delhi and
Mumbai and is valid till March 31. The cashback amount will be credited
to customer's account once he or she pays the bill mentioned in the
invoice.
The customer can use this to avail more services from BSNL or payment of future bills. Note that the cashback offer is applicable only on the annual plans and if the subscriber switches to a lower rental plan or disconnects the service before the tenure of rental option, then the company will debit an amount equivalent to the cashback. The cashback will be given only once as it is not a recurring offer.
-- Go to BSNL Broadband connection and click on the information banner informing about the 25 per cent cashback scheme and agree to the scheme.
-- Once you agree a new window will open.
--Enter the service ID/Landline or FTTH broadband Number along with the CAPTCHA.
-- You will receive the OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and hit Validate.
-- A new screen with existing plan and proposed annual Plan along with Tenure will be displayed. Verify Details.
-- Click on submit if you want to change the plan for the cashback scheme else press on cancel.
-- You will be shown a message with plan change request #, if the order is successfully created, in case it is not created a relevant message is displayed.
