Meeting on various HR issues : BSNL union Leaders

It is confirmed that BSNL management has not issued any minutes of the meetings or any assurances as claimed by others. It is a self signed minutes as mgt denied to issue any minutes. Since the last meeting was on 23.5.16, they have to explain why they compelled their members to sit on hunger strike for 3 days, 25th, 26th and 27th (atleast in few places). Is it only for getting minutes?
Even mgt has not issued a single line appeal to them to withdraw their agitation! On 18th they claimed -- we are not going to withdraw our agitation on mere assurances unless and until definitive actions are taken on ground. -- now what actions? They claimed and misguided the members by telling them that top mgt is with them! Using top mgt, whether they are trying to torpedo the Khan Committee recommendations? They could not!
They tried to ditch the youngsters by denying and delaying E2, E3 scales implementation even after Khan Committee recommendations in Oct, 2015 by creating so much confusion in the mgt with fresh demands.
They are trying to ditch the SDE/AOs by trying to deny them one promotion.
They tried to ditch the seniors, ie DE/CAO/DGMs by trying to deny the one fixation in E4 and E5 scales they got on DE/CAO promotions between 2009 and 2014 and DGM promotions recently.
They tried to ditch the seniors by trying to deny one promotion to E6 scale on 01.10.2019.
Then for whom they are agitating? All for the selfish motives of few leaders having sectional demands. They come out with populist demands to confuse and attract the Executives. The agenda was to confuse and not to resolve the issues. In trade union, it will not work because unrealistic demands never got implemented. Now mgt also understood their game plan and selfish agenda.
SNEA could save the future of the cadres by ensuring E2, E3 scales for the basic/entry level cadres and giving justice to the JTO/JAOs recruited after 01.01.2007 on priority followed by scales upto E7, protect the five promotions, each after every 5 years, pay fixations already got on promotion as SDE/AO/DE/CAO/DGM in the same scales, by timely intervention.
Congratulations to all the Executives and the valiant comrades of SNEA who protected the cadre and protected the Khan Committee recommendations.
