Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised its circle-specific Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) plans
in Chennai telecom circle. BSNL has a total of six FTTH plans in
Chennai circle and all the plans have been revised to offer higher FUP
limit and faster speeds than earlier.
The FTTH plans in question are: Rs 999, Rs 1,299, Rs 1,699, Rs 1,999, Rs 2,999 and Rs 4,999. BSNL is now offering a FUP of up to 3.5TB every month with these broadband plans. The Rs 2,999 has received a revision too and it now offers 2TB or 2000GB of data every month with speeds of up to 100 Mbps. Except for the Rs 999 FTTH broadband plan, all the plans mentioned above comes with a maximum download speed of 100 Mbps. Starting off with the Rs 999 FTTH plan, it’s now revised to offer 80 Mbps of download/upload speeds up to 600GB. Once the FUP limit completes, a user can enjoy download speeds of 2 Mbps and it doesn’t have any data limit. The plan also gives a user unlimited voice calls without any FUP limit to any network within India.

Second, we have the Rs 1,299 FTTH plan in Chennai which comes with a download speed of up to 100 Mbps and 800GB of FUP limit.
