Another sachet pack of Reliance Jio, the Rs52 pack offers offers 1.05GB of high speed 4G data with a dailylimit of 0.15GB data, after which the internet speed gets reduced to 64 Kbps. The validity of this pack is 70 days. There is also a Rs. 509 pack that was recently refreshed to offer a 91-day validity with the same benefits. In fact, if this plan comes under Airtel's Unlimited Combo, then the voice calling will be unlimited without any FUP. The validity of Rs 98 sachet pack is of 14 days.
Reliance Jio had earlier slashed tariffs by Rs 50 for all its monthly schemes under which customers are getting 1 GB data per day and also enhanced data limit to 1.5 GB from the existing 1GB for select plans from January 9 onwards. The offer comes as the telco's answer to the recent price slashes on Reliance Jio plans. Jio subscribers are also provided with the upgraded Rs. 349 pack that offers similar benefits for 70 days. Under the new Rs. 399 pack, Airtel is offering 1GB 3G/ 4G data per day, unlimited voice calls - local, STD, and roaming, and 100 SMSes per day for all handsets.
Bharti Airtel has made an interesting change to its entry-level Rs 59 tariff plan. The company had last month announced two plans priced at Rs 199 and Rs 299 with with 28 days validity offering 1.2 GB and 2 GB data per day, respectively.
However, the revised Rs 59 plan for Kolkata users gives only data and voice calling benefit.
