(i) Single Bill will be issued if a customer wants to get a single bill for maximum five
 numbers e.g. father wants a single bill for all his family members.
(ii) Customers will have to convey their consent for availing the single bill option in an
 application with signature of all the interested group members.

BSNL 121 reward program offered by M/s Pyro Network Pvt. Ltd With VAS service providers.BSNL 121 reward program, under which VAS service providers who have signed the agreement for VAS retail services will provide free of cost the contents as mentioned in the table given below to the customers for period mentioned against each service. After this period, if customer gives consent for provision of the service then customer will be charged and the amount will be shared as mentioned at point no. V. Free rewards/contents will be given on the recharge of below mentioned recharges / top-ups. However, other features of the plan vouchers/STVs/Top-ups would remain same.
