latest technology incorporated switches, Circuit Switching Model of
Exchanges to Packet Switching model (IP based model). After going to IP
model, to address IPv4 issue, BSNL is moving towards IPv6, so that IP
(Internet Protocol) number constraint will not be there. So, BSNL is
going for IPv6 model along with upgrade. This is one part of the
strategy.
