It is the one which is state owned company which is having un comparable infrastructure in terms of equipment, Tower infrastructure and even in terms of manpower, offers many Broadband Plans at lowest tariffs and with many discounts at great speeds.

In general whenever we see the speed of a broadband connection what we will see is around 240 kbps (Kilo bits per second), ie., 1 Byte = 8 Bits.
