Taking the initiative to explain the scope of grievances
and how to get them redressed, the public sector telecom service
provider, BSNL, has taken up a campaign to educate its customers.
As
part of the campaign, the BSNL Visakhapatnam Telecom District would be
organising a ‘Consumer education workshop’ at the office of the GM
Telecom District at Dabagardens on Saturday, Senior General Manager,
BSNL Visakhapatnam, R.M.M. Krishna, said in a statement issued here.
The workshop aimed at creating awareness on customer-centric initiatives taken for effective redress of complaints, he said.
