BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle - the
most revenue generating circle of BSNL - has taken one more customer
friendly decision as BSNL Prepaid Mobile customers can enjoy Per Second Billing for it's Most Poplar Voice STV - 135 (Recharge 135). Earlier, it was announced that, STV 135 will be changed to Per Minute billing pattern from 1st July 2015 onwards.
Since this offer is the most popular Local / STD Voice calling STV, BSNL authorities of Kerala Circle has taken special interest in this matter and got
special approval from BSNL Corporate Office to continue the Per Second
Billing pattern for a period of 90 days i.e., upto 28-09-2019.
Now BSNL Prepaid Mobile Customers of STV
135 may enjoy 18,000 seconds free local / STD calls to any network with
a validity of 28 days.

As we reported earlier,
BSNL implemented Voice STV 135 in per minute billing pattern in all
other telecom circles except Kerala. To follow a uniform pattern across
all telecom circles, BSNL Corporate Office has instructed to implement
per minute billing in all BSNL telecom circles including Kerala.
